Szótár: Nyugalmi pulzusszám
The resting heart rate is defined as the heart rate when a person is awake and at complete rest. Well-conditioned endurance athletes typically have lower resting heart rates (e.g. 30 - 50 bpm) than unathletic people (e.g. 50 - 90 bpm).
Egy sportoló esetén a reggelenkénti nyugalmi pulzusszám mérése a mindennapok része. A nyugalmi pulzus értékének emelkedése jelezheti a stresszt és túledzettséget.
